Cancellation policy

  • Case 1: Cancellation up to 16 (sixteen) days before the start of the stay.

The campsite will retain 25% of the stay amount as cancellation fees. Amounts paid will be refunded minus the advance payment. If the payment has been made in whole or in part with a voucher of a value higher than the advance payment, the campsite will retain 25% of the stay amount as cancellation fees. A new non-refundable voucher with a validity of 2 years, usable at the campsite where the stay was canceled, will be issued for the amount of the initial voucher, deducting the 25% advance. The rest of the amounts paid, other than the voucher, will be refunded.

  • Case 2: Cancellation between 15 (fifteen) and 8 (eight) days before the start of the stay.

The campsite will retain 50% of the total stay amount as cancellation fees. A voucher will be issued for the value corresponding to the amounts paid minus the cancellation fees amounting to 50% of the total stay amount. This voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable, it can only be used at the campsite where the stay was canceled and will be valid for two years.

  • Case 3: Cancellation between 7 (seven) days before and the day of the start of the stay.

The campsite will retain the entirety of the amounts paid, i.e., the full amount of the stay. No refund will be issued. If the customer does not show up at the campsite within two days following the start date of their stay and has not previously informed the campsite by postal or email, the reservation will be considered canceled by the customer. The campsite then reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
